“Envi Constructions added a much needed front deck. The deck opens up the house as the Envi Team also replaced a wall with a Bi – fold door. The house now captures the sea breezes that have been missed for many years. A window was replaced by a sliding door… which created an access for our teenage daughters room, this provides a room now at least 5 degrees cooler. The window was replaced with a sliding door, leading on to the new deck. The team were always polite, friendly, punctual and reliable. Tom was always available. Tom arranged a draftsperson, engineers, certifiers and council approvals. To be frank it just all happened without any concerns. Envi are creative and think outside the square, young and enthusiastic. I am so very pleased to have had a friend recommend Tom and his Team.
