Renovate and refresh, on time and on budget.

The client’s brief was to fully renovate and refresh the downstairs of their 2-story home with only minor structural changes. We managed to do exactly this on time and on budget.

The main change was the relocation of the kitchen and pantry to open up the huge open lounge living area to make this sunken living space feel almost a part of the kitchen. With the addition of a 6.2m stacker door we have also been able to make the alfresco area open up and be a part of the whole space as well.

We also modernised the 2 bathrooms on the lower floor and modernised the staircase and balustrade in the entry foyer. The results were amazing and we are so happy that we could bring this once dark and outdated home up to the modern era.
