Peregian Breeze

This was one of the first homes to be built in the Peregian Breeze estate. It was built for first home buyers and to a tight budget.

The materials chosen made for a very modern build creating a timeless feel. The entertainment area featured a 38m2 spotted gum deck with large stacker doors opening to bring the outdoors in and interlink the kitchen lounge area with the outdoor entertaining.
