Transforming a traditional house into a modern home.
This project was a large renovation which involved transforming a traditional 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom single story brick home into a new modern 2 story home with an additional bedroom, ensuite, rumpus room, study nook and double car garage. The transformation is nothing short of spectacular.
After the demo stage the original home was almost unrecognisable with only 3 external walls and a few internal walls of the lower floor being left in place. We added in the new garage slab and zero boundary block walls. This along with adding in the huge void which opens the downstairs area to the new upstairs areas has created the feeling of modernized family home with plenty of space and light throughout.
