Godwit Place

This Project was a personal one for our family where we had an opportunity to design a unique 3 bedroom family home on and odd shaped and slightly sloping block. Firstly we found out what we could do with the council setbacks & we then had the challenge of the slope that couldn’t be cut flat and also a triangle shape of the block. Our solution was to start with a roof layout and then design the home under the footprint. We were still able to squeeze in a small pool which every Queensland family home desires & we couldn’t have been happier with the end result.
